How long does it take to create folders?
Once you type in the folder names and select "Create Folders" within seconds your folders will instantly appear in the directory you selected.
Where is the Folder Trek Archival database stored?
The database is stored in the same location as the FolderTrek.exe file. The database will assist you in keeping tack of all folders and files duplicated with the new folders. The database contains the folder name, name of files duplicated, date time and location.
I keep getting messages about registering my
software. Why?
If you downloaded a trial version of Folder Trek V. 1.0, you are entitled to use the software free of charge for 30 days. After that, you will receive regular reminders to purchase a registration code. After entering the registration code the messages will stop and the application will be permanently installed. If you choose not to use a registered version of Folder Trek V. 1.0, the software will cease to operate after a short time.
How do I enter my registration details?
After you receive an email with the registration code; go to folder functions and select "Enter Serial Number" enter the serial number and select ok. Folder Trek will now be permanently stored onto your desktop.
How secure is my payment information?
When you select 'Buy Now' your payment information will be collected
via Pay Pal. If you already have a Pay pal account simply login
and continue payment transaction. If you do not have a Pay Pal account
select continue and your payment information will be collected via
Pay Pal. Pay Pal automatically encrypts your confidential information
using (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of128 bits (the
highest level commercially available). Your credit card or bank
account information is completely secure and not transferred to
